{"id":1631,"date":"2011-08-02T04:16:09","date_gmt":"2011-08-02T04:16:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/calamariqueen.wordpress.com\/?p=1226"},"modified":"2011-08-02T04:16:09","modified_gmt":"2011-08-02T04:16:09","slug":"grilled-tuna-belly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.calamariqueen.com\/?p=1631","title":{"rendered":"Grilled tuna belly!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My Parent In laws just got back from the ocean this weekend, and we asked them to get us some tuna bellies. \u00a0I grew up eating a lot of tuna belly (grilled), it&#8217;s part of our usual Sunday lunch with family. \u00a0Now that I&#8217;m married to my hubby, it makes me laugh to see him eat tuna belly like a typical Filipino. \u00a0He loves it big time! \u00a0He savors it like the layers of meat are the most delicate type of fish meat ever! \u00a0I always tease him that if it was not for me, he would be missing a lot in the world of tuna belly:). \u00a0So this is very simple dish, I marinated the belly with a little soy sauce, olive oil, pepper and garlic.
