It&#8217;s very cold outside right now and we had freezing rain this morning so we are all staying inside and watching movies. I&#8217;m so glad that we went out yesterday to get some last minute Christmas shopping finished. We went to an Asian market\/Filipino store to get some Pork belly (I think  this Asian market has the best deals when it comes to Pork belly). I&#8217;m going to make Lechon Belly(Roast pork Belly) for Christmas Eve and Humba (Braised pork belly). We have everything I need to make these dishes.
